Dissidia 3rd Characters IdeaThis idea stemmed from a conversation me and a friend of mine had a while ago.

What if, in Dissidia II (if there is one). they include an extra 3rd character from each FF that would serve as an ally or rival to each hero and villain of the series. someone with a connection to both.

Here’s the list i came up with, id like to know your opinions on my choices.

Red Mage Female
FF1 doesn’t have much to go by but I think that by making the 3rd character a female, she could serve as Lights love Interest. Having ties to Light, but also having some sort of connection to Garland

New Character - Alastor Tienby ~Ixbran

this characters existence is ... somewhat of an accident, but a happy one nonetheless.

you see, me and my friend Anemos are both big zora fanatics, her character is a Zora even.

one day we started talking about how Zoras would go about celebrating different holidays.

How would they celebrate birthdays, weddings and such.

then the topic went to what would be traditional Zoran Wedding Atire, then how would one celebrate a wedding for a Zora who would marry one of another race, then the topic of how would Zoras go about performing a same-sex wedding.

and she randomly said "I should draw a picture of Brian getting married."

my suprise to her statment was somehting like this:

so we started working on this character, the character that would be the one Brian would marry. he went from being a one-time character to becoming more. He is her Zora characters brother, Captain of the Zoran Royal Guard (in this little universe we live in), and is now officially Brians Mate

he is about 6'8 in height, so Brians head would come up to his chest

Personality wise: Quiet, he is quiet yet at the same time can be very talkative when he wants to be. He is Captain of the Zoran Royal Guard, so he is skilled in the art of combat, his weapon of choice is a ships anchor attached to a poll-arm, its edges sharped. He is capable of fighting with his fists if need be.

Unlike most Zora, he has built a tolerance for extreme cold and heat, so winter doesn't make him hibernate like other Zora (as seen in Twilight Princess) and fire doesn't scare him off like it dose with most Zora (Fire i something that kills link easily in Zora form in Majoras Mask)

Relationship with Brian

It was somewhat of an accidental relationship. ill go more into how they meet via story, but i will tell you them falling in love was somewhat of an accident.

but when he realized he liked Brian, Alastor made sure he'd have Brian for his mate.

since their wedding they have been together ever seance, it is very rare for someone to see one without the other, and if they do, the other is always close by.
